Hi, I’m Darya — a Product Designer who asks a lot of questions.
I’ve spent the last 5 years designing websites, apps, and digital products. But before I open Figma, I ask questions. A lot of them. I like to know why we’re doing something before figuring out how to make it look good.
I’m curious by nature, a bit of an overthinker, and I love turning messy problems into simple, easy-to-use designs.
And my curiosity doesn’t stop at design. It’s taken me from Iran to Canada, and now to Sweden. Living in different places has taught me one thing: not everyone sees the world the same way. And that’s something I always keep in mind when I design.
WHEN I’M NOT DESIGNING…
You’ll probably find me at the gym, cycling, planning my next trip, or sketching outfits I’ll probably never sew. I love fashion, photography, and playing the violin. And my love language? Feeding people like a grandma who thinks everyone looks too skinny.
I’m also pretty good at sales. My friends say they have to be careful when shaking my hand, or they might end up buying their own fingers back.
Oh, and if the world ever ends, just leave me with some koobideh kebab and tiramisu. I’ll be fine.
